How to Track Your Order
Option 1: Order Number
Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout on our tracking page to get real-time shipping updates.
Option 2: Shipping Confirmation Email
When your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier)
- A direct link to track your package
Option 3: Contact Us
Email us at contact@loictailou.com with your order number and we will provide a status update.
Shipping Timelines
Freight Deliveries
For large items (grills, outdoor kitchen equipment):
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery
- Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Order Status Definitions
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is in transit
- Out for Delivery: Your order is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address
Did Not Receive Your Order?
If tracking shows βDeliveredβ but you did not receive your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours β carriers sometimes mark items as delivered before actual delivery
