What types of grills do you carry?
We specialize in premium outdoor cooking equipment: gas grills (built-in and freestanding), pellet grills, kamado and charcoal grills, smokers (offset and electric), outdoor kitchen components, griddles, and pizza ovens. Every brand we carry — including Fire Magic, American Outdoor Grill (AOG), Primo, Blaze, and Le Griddle — is vetted for build quality, warranty support, and real-world performance.
What is the difference between built-in and freestanding grills?
Built-in grills drop into a permanent outdoor kitchen island or surround. They offer more cooking area, cleaner aesthetics, and are designed for permanent installation. Freestanding grills stand on legs and can be moved. If you’re planning a full outdoor kitchen, built-in is the right choice. If you want flexibility or don’t have a permanent structure, freestanding is easier to set up.
What is the difference between natural gas and propane grills?
Natural gas connects to your home’s gas line — lower ongoing cost, no tank refills, unlimited supply. Propane uses a refillable tank — more portable, higher BTU output per cubic foot, and available anywhere. Most premium grills are available in both fuel types. Many can be converted with a conversion kit — we can advise on this for your specific model.
What is 304 stainless steel and why does it matter?
304 stainless steel is the food-grade, marine-grade alloy used in professional kitchens. It resists rust and corrosion significantly better than 430 stainless, which is common in lower-priced grills. Fire Magic, AOG, Blaze, and Primo all use 304 stainless in their main construction. If you’re spending $1,000+ on a grill, 304 stainless is non-negotiable.

Our core brands include Fire Magic (professional-grade since 1937, made in the USA), American Outdoor Grill / AOG (sister brand to Fire Magic), Primo (original oval kamado), Blaze (lifetime warranty built-ins), Le Griddle (French-made flat top griddles), and Tagwood BBQ (outdoor kitchen packages). We only carry brands we’d put in our own backyard.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders $200+ to the 48 contiguous US states. White glove delivery (inside placement, unpacking) is available on orders $2,000+. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. Most in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days from US warehouses.
How long does delivery take?
Small accessories: 2–5 business days. Grills and medium-size items: 5–10 business days. Large freight items (outdoor kitchen packages, pizza ovens): 1–3 weeks depending on location. We provide tracking for all orders. Need a specific delivery window? Contact us before ordering.
What if my grill arrives damaged?
Document the damage immediately (photos of the box and item), refuse the delivery if damage is visible on arrival, and contact us within 48 hours. We ship fully insured — we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We handle all claims directly with the carrier.

What is your price match guarantee?
If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized dealer, show us the link or screenshot and we’ll match it or beat it by 5%. Must be the same product, same model, in stock, from a legitimate authorized retailer. We want to earn your business — not just compete on price.

Warranty & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery on most items in original, unused condition. No restocking fee on most products. For large freight items (outdoor kitchen packages), a return shipping fee may apply. Contact us before initiating a return and we’ll walk you through the process.
How does the Fire Magic lifetime warranty work?
Fire Magic offers a lifetime warranty on their grill bodies and burners against rust-through and burnout. Additional components carry varying terms (usually 5–10 years on electronics, 1 year on ignition).
