loictailou.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Shipping Rates

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days for most items
Freight Shipping: Large items (grills, outdoor kitchen components) ship via freight carrier. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available for select items at additional cost. Contact us for a quote

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Custom or special-order items may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page

Freight Delivery

For large items such as grills and outdoor kitchen equipment:

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
Freight delivery is curbside or driveway only — the driver will not carry items inside
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
If damage is found, contact us within 48 hours at contact@loictailou.com

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & International

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are available on request — contact us for a shipping quote.
