We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Items must not have been assembled, installed, or modified

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or assembled grills and equipment
• Consumable products (charcoal, seasonings, sauces)
• Custom or special-order items
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at contact@loictailou.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage and the packaging
• Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for the carrier’s inspection
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
